Society of Testing and Materials 2005 guidelines ASTM E 1527-05
and USEPA's All Appropriate Inquires Standard (AAI Standard) as
cited in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR 312) for property transactions or refinancing
Phase II
Environmental Investigations of property requiring
sampling and analysis of soil, groundwater, surface water, air, or
building materials to determine whether chemicals are present
above acceptable concentrations
Risk
assessments for workers, human health, and the environment
to determine if exposure to a chemical concentration poses an
unacceptable risk
Risk-based strategies to obtain clean closure from the
appropriate regulatory agency, such that environmental and
financial liability and risk are minimized or diminished entirely
Phase III
Environmental Remediation activities specific to the
property. Includes risk assessments and risk-based methods to
determine the most effective remedial strategy for the property.
Remedial activities could be limited "hot-spot" removal, or
containment in place
Litigation Support Services
including research and third party review.
Expert witness services
regarding toxic torts, toxicity, risk assessments, environmental
assessments and investigations, and risk-based strategies
Compliance Audits to determine whether your facility is
operating within the applicable environmental regulations, rules
and guidelines
Pricing Information
Professional services are priced
according to complexity of project. Prices are either on a time and
materials basis, with an agreed upon hourly fee for each project
task, or on a lump-sum basis. Out-of-pocket expenses are
typically reimbursable at cost.
